Coaching for your organization, department, or team?

Are you a manager, team leader, HR professional, or business owner?
See how you can strengthen your workplace through coaching.

Help your people create clarity, direction, and gain meaningful progress

Individual coaching gives employees a confidential space to reflect on what is really going on, understand what their needs are, and take purposeful action in their work.

It also supports employees during periods of change, uncertainty, growth, or reduced engagement.

This can lead to greater employee engagement and help create a workplace where resilience, creativity, and adaptability can grow.

“Everything is fine”

In a busy workplace, there is rarely enough space for employees to step back and reflect. They move in familiar patterns, even when there are ways to grow or contribute more effectively.

Employees benefit from coaching when they feel stuck or overwhelmed, but also when they are preparing for a new role, navigating change, developing as leaders, or looking for their next meaningful challenge.

What people may struggle with
◾ Losing motivation without an obvious reason
◾ Feeling uncertain about their role or future
◾ Difficulty prioritizing and maintaining focus
◾ Adjusting to significant workplace changes
◾ Having the ability, but struggling to take initiative
◾ Feeling overwhelmed with information
◾ Struggling to turn intentions into goals and action
◾ Feeling disconnected from their colleagues

The value for your organization

An organization is only as strong as the people working there.

Your employees shape the culture, carry the work forward, and contribute to the organization’s success.

When people feel engaged in their roles and clear about their responsibilities, the entire organization benefits. The reverse is also true.

As a manager, team leader, HR professional, or business owner, you play an important role in supporting the people you work with. Providing access to coaching gives them the space to reflect, grow, and perform at their best.

The 3 Dimensions of Real Change

Every coaching trajectory is tailored to the employee.

Some people need to reconnect with what matters to them. Others need a clearer plan or a more sustainable way of working.

Together, we identify what is getting in the way and
focus the coaching where it is most effective.

1. Purpose and Belonging

-The Foundation-

Employees explore what matters to them, what motivates them, and how connected they feel to their role and workplace.

This can help them:

  • Feel more engaged in their work
  • Use their strengths more effectively
  • Recognize the need for change
  • Have better conversations about their development

2. Ambition and Achievement

-The Concrete Plan-

Employees clarify what they want to achieve and turn it into realistic goals and practical steps.

This can help them:

  • Create a clearer development plan
  • Take greater ownership
  • Make more confident career decisions
  • Follow through during periods of change or increased responsibility

3. Productivity+

-The Operating System-

Employees improve the way they manage priorities, information, time, and attention.

This can help them:

  • Reduce overwhelm
  • Maintain focus
  • Make space for creativity
  • Work more sustainably
  • Turn priorities into action

Introduction to evaluation

We begin with a conversation about the situation and the desired outcome.

If coaching seems appropriate, the employee and coach define the personalized focus together.

The coaching sessions are confidential, while progress updates with the organization takes place at an agreed, high level.

Meet the Coach

Hi, I'm Arno Mühren, a certified coach with 6+ years experience helping IT professionals overcome their challenges and achieve their desired goals.

Before that, I spent 12 years as an IT professional doing exactly what I was "supposed" to do. I was good at it, I was respected, and I was comfortable.

But I was also unhappy and I felt trapped.

I'd regularly ask myself what I really wanted to do. The answers came to me through observation and questioning myself.

As a result, I was able to turn my life around to work in alignment with my strengths and personality.

I've specialized in helping IT professionals find their purpose and take aligned action so they stay engaged, committed, and in a role that fits well.
